HOLISTIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS
FAIR AGREEMENT
AGREEMENTS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:​

Rules and Amendments: Exhibitor agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below. Connect2Holistics organizers and Crescent Shriners has the full authority to make such further rules, amendments, and regulations as may be considered necessary or desirable for the safe and proper conduct of the fair. Connect2Holistics organizers and Crescent Shriners has full authority to interpret and enforce all rules and regulations.

Booth Setup and Teardown: Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their respective booths. Booth setup will begin at 10:45am on the day of the event, and all booths must be set up by 12pm. Tear down may begin no earlier than 5pm on the day of the event.

Display Regulations: All exhibitors must comply with display regulations set forth by Connect2Holistics organizers. Displays must not obstruct walkways or impede the flow of traffic. All displays must be appropriate for all ages and respectful of all individuals and cultures.​ Merchandise, signs, decorations, or display fixtures shall not be pasted, taped, nailed or tacked to walls.

Data Collection and Use: The Connect2Holistics organizers may collect and use personal information, such as name and contact information, from vendors participating in the event for the purpose of communication related to the event. This information will not be shared with any third parties without the vendor's explicit consent.​

Photograph and Video: Exhibitor agrees that Connect2Holistics may have use of ALL video and photography for current and future promotions; including but not limited to website, social media and print.

Sales and Promotions: Exhibitors are permitted to sell products and services related to holistic health and wellness. Exhibitors may also offer promotions and discounts, provided they are clearly and accurately advertised

Food Vendors: Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment necessary for the preparation and sale of their products. It is the responsibility of each food vendor to ensure that all food products are properly prepared, stored, and served in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.​

Liability: Connect2Holistic Health Fair organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor property, nor for any injuries or accidents that may occur at the event.

Code of Conduct: Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of booth fees.

Compliance: Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Any violation of these laws may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of booth fees.

Changes and Updates: The Holistic Health Fair organizers reserve the right to change or update these rules and regulations at any time, and exhibitors will be notified of any changes or updates.​

Refund and Rain Checks: No refunds or rain checks will be given for any reason, including inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. All exhibitor fees and associated costs are non-refundable.

Booth Fees: Booth fees are due no later than May 21, 2023.
